Abstract

SIMUL is a proposed AI execution network designed to coordinate AI workloads across models, inference providers, and compute infrastructure through one adaptive execution layer. Applications define what needs to happen. SIMUL determines how it should be executed.

This document describes the conceptual architecture, the execution analysis process, the infrastructure marketplace, settlement design, and the role of the $SIMUL token on Robinhood Chain. Many described capabilities remain under development and may evolve alongside the network.
